Staff

While the core of our local charter is its volunteers, the United Way of the Columbia Gorge independently contracts two part-time staff whose combined hours equal 20-30 hours a week (less than one full-time employee).  We make great efforts to ensure our operations run efficiently and with very minimal overhead.
